Tess is a freelance photographer and videographer based in Bend, Oregon. She studied journalism at the University of Oregon and focused her work on photography, video and multimedia storytelling. She has a passion for human interest stories which led her to Mexico to photograph for the book No Option but North.

She has worked as a multimedia journalist for The Bulletin, a staff photographer at The Coeur d'Alene Press and a photographer for Rustic Pathways. During college, she worked as a photographer for her campus publication The Emerald as well as Flux Stories and Ethos Magazine. When not working, she can be found in the backcountry via splitboard, bike, or a 18-foot raft named Bunda.

Tess is available for freelance assignments in and outside of Oregon.
